1. Introduction
These Trade / Wholesale Terms (“Agreement”) govern the sale of products by AWGolf to business customers (B2B).
By placing an order as a trade customer, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
Trade / wholesale accounts are available only to legally registered businesses.
Orders must be placed by authorized representatives of the business.
AWGolf reserves the right to approve or decline applications for trade accounts.
3. Orders & Pricing
All trade prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Orders are subject to availability.
AWGolf may adjust prices with notice.
Minimum order quantities may apply.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment options: Bank transfer, credit card, or approved account terms.
Payment must be received before dispatch unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest or suspension of further orders.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered according to the agreed method, and risk passes on dispatch.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative only.
AWGolf is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns & Damaged Goods
Returns are only accepted for:
Faulty or damaged goods reported within 7 days of receipt
Incorrect deliveries
Trade returns do not include products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
AWGolf reserves the right to reject any return not complying with these terms.
7. B2B Use & Restrictions
Products purchased at trade rates are for resale only.
You may not offer trade pricing to consumers unless explicitly authorized.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use AWGolf branding without written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
AWGolf retains all IP rights to branding, logos, and product designs.
Reselling products does not grant any license to use AWGolf IP except as permitted for resale.
9. Termination
AWGolf may suspend or terminate trade accounts immediately if:
Payment terms are breached
Terms of resale or use are violated
Misrepresentation of AWGolf products occurs
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes are subject to Irish courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
