4. Pricing & Payment

B2B Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the resale of products within their jurisdiction.
All purchases are securely processed and fulfilled by our retail partner, Kaddyshack Golf.
16. Member Purchases & Preferential Pricing
From time to time, registered AWGolf members may be offered access to products at preferential or discounted rates (“Member Pricing”).
Where a purchase is made using Member Pricing:

Discounts are provided at the sole discretion of AWGolf and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice

Member Pricing is strictly for personal use only and not for resale, redistribution, or commercial purposes

Cancel orders where misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected

Suspend or terminate membership benefits in cases of misuse
Any unauthorised use of Member Pricing, including sharing of access or purchasing on behalf of non-members, may result in cancellation of orders and suspension of membership without refund.
