​Coaching Participation & Liability Waiver

COACHING PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY WAIVER


Adrian Whitehead Golf / AWGolf / Kaddyshack Golf

By booking or taking part in golf coaching, practice sessions, playing lessons or golf activities, you agree to the following:

​

  1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
    Golf and golf practice activities carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, being struck by golf balls or clubs, slips, trips and falls, uneven ground, weather conditions and physical exertion.
    You voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with participation.

  2. HEALTH & FITNESS
    You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in golf coaching activities.
    You agree to inform the coach in advance of any injury, medical condition or physical limitation that may affect your participation.

  3. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
    You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the coach and golf facility staff.
    Failure to do so may result in the session being stopped without refund.

  4. EQUIPMENT & FACILITIES
    You acknowledge that golf facilities, practice areas and golf courses are controlled by third parties.
    Adrian Whitehead Golf is not responsible for course conditions, equipment defects or actions of other players.

  5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrian Whitehead Golf, its coaches and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or expense arising from participation in coaching activities, except where caused by proven negligence.

  6. PERSONAL PROPERTY
    Participants are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings at all times.

  7. JUNIOR PARTICIPATION
    Parents or guardians accept this waiver on behalf of junior players and confirm that the child is fit to participate.

  8. WEATHER & ENVIRONMENT
    Golf coaching may take place in varying weather conditions.
    Sessions may be adjusted or rescheduled where safety is a concern.

  9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
    From time to time coaching activities may be photographed or recorded for coaching, promotional or educational purposes.
    If you do not wish to appear in such content, please notify us in writing.

  10. AGREEMENT
    By booking a lesson, programme or coaching service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this waiver.

By accessing our online academy, coaching videos, or any content available on the Adrian Whitehead Golf website, you agree to comply with our Website Terms of Use and Content Protection policies. All content, including videos, written materials, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Adrian Whitehead Golf and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without explicit permission.
