These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the booking of golf coaching services, memberships, retail products and golf travel experiences provided by Adrian Whitehead Golf.

1. Business Information
Services are provided by Adrian Whitehead Golf, a business registered in Ireland.
Trading names include AWGolf and Kaddyshack Golf.

2. Coaching Bookings

All lesson and programme bookings are subject to availability

Payment is required to secure your place

Coaching times may be adjusted due to weather, course conditions or operational reasons

We reserve the right to provide alternative coaching arrangements where necessary
3. Cancellations & Refunds – Coaching

Individual lessons require minimum 24 hours notice for cancellation

Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in loss of fee

Group programme bookings are generally non-refundable once commenced

If we cancel a session, a replacement date or credit will be offered
4. Junior Coaching

Junior participation requires parent or guardian consent

Parents remain responsible for junior behaviour and attendance

We reserve the right to remove participants for safety or conduct reasons
5. Membership Areas

Membership benefits may change or improve over time

Membership fees are non-transferable

Access may be suspended for misuse or sharing of login details

Cancellation terms will be shown at point of purchase
6. Retail Purchases

Product descriptions are provided in good faith

Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded in line with consumer law
7. Golf Travel & Events
