1. Retail Customers
Shipping
Orders are shipped using reliable carriers.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed; AWGolf is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
14-day return policy: Items may be returned unopened, in the original packaging.
Products showing any sign of use will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.

2. Member Purchases
Member Discounts & Benefits
Members may receive preferential pricing or offers on select retail items.
All benefits are personal and non-transferable.
Shipping & Returns
Same shipping and return rules apply as retail customers.

3. Trade / Wholesale Customers (B2B)
Eligibility & Ordering
Trade pricing is available only to registered businesses.
Minimum order quantities and pricing are subject to approval.
Shipping
Products are shipped to the business address provided.
Risk passes on dispatch; customers are responsible for receiving and inspecting goods.
Returns & Damaged Goods
Only faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items may be returned.
Products opened, used, or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return.
