​TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Rising Stars Golf National Schools Programme bookings and deliveries.
BOOKINGS
All programme bookings are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until a completed Booking Pack has been received and accepted in writing by AWGolf.

The school shall nominate a primary contact person responsible for programme coordination and communication.

PROGRAMME DELIVERY
Programmes are delivered by suitably qualified PGA Professionals and approved coaching personnel.
AWGolf reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to programme content, delivery methods and scheduling where necessary to ensure participant safety and programme quality.

PARTICIPANT NUMBERS
Expected participant numbers should be provided at the time of booking.
Participant numbers provided by the school will form the basis of programme planning and invoicing. Final participant numbers should be confirmed prior to programme commencement where possible.
FEES & PAYMENT
Programme fees shall be agreed prior to programme commencement.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The school shall be responsible for collecting participant fees where applicable.
Any issues relating to the collection of fees from parents or guardians shall remain the responsibility of the school.
SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES
The school agrees to:
• Provide suitable facilities for programme delivery.
• Maintain normal pupil supervision arrangements.
• Inform AWGolf of any relevant medical, behavioural or safeguarding considerations.
• Ensure participants follow school policies and procedures at all times.
The school remains responsible for pupil supervision and behaviour management throughout programme delivery.
WEATHER & FACILITIES
Where outdoor delivery is not possible due to weather conditions, every reasonable effort will be made to utilise suitable indoor facilities or arrange an alternative delivery date.
AWGolf reserves the right to postpone or modify programme delivery where weather or site conditions present a safety concern.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
More than 21 days before programme commencement:
No cancellation charge applies.
Between 8 and 21 days before programme commencement:
AWGolf reserves the right to charge reasonable administration costs where programme dates and resources have been reserved.
7 days or fewer before programme commencement:
Programme costs may be charged where coaching dates and resources have been reserved.
Following programme commencement:
The agreed programme fee shall remain payable.
Requests to amend programme dates or times should be made as early as possible. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate such requests subject to availability.
SAFEGUARDING
All coaching personnel engaged by AWGolf shall maintain appropriate safeguarding, child protection and vetting requirements as required by law and governing body guidelines.
​LIABILITY
AWGolf maintains appropriate public liability insurance for programme delivery.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
AWGolf will only use photographs, videos or promotional material where appropriate permissions have been obtained by the school and/or parents or guardians.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for delays, cancellations or failure to perform obligations arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, school closures, public health restrictions or other unforeseen events.
GENERAL
AWGolf reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
