1. Types of Services

AWGolf provides the following:

1.1 Coaching Travel & Golf Camps

​

Trips where Adrian Whitehead Golf attends and provides coaching, guidance, or hosting.

​

1.2 Independent Travel Bookings (Third-Party Arranged)

Golf holidays arranged through third-party providers under the Kaddyshack Golf brand.

​

1.3 Golf Events

Local golf events, society days, and competitions organised by AWGolf.

​

2. Booking & Payments

​

• All bookings must be made in the participant’s own name

• Bookings are confirmed only once a deposit or full payment is received

• Prices and availability may change until confirmed

​

3. Deposits

​

3.1 Coaching Travel / Golf Camps

• A €200 deposit is required to secure your place

​

3.2 Events & Other Travel

• Deposits or advance payments may be required depending on the event or provider3.3 General

• Deposit amounts will be clearly stated at the time of booking

• Deposits are used to secure bookings and cover upfront costs

 

4. Balance Payments

​

• The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified at booking

• Failure to pay may result in cancellation and loss of deposit

 

5. Cancellations – Coaching Travel / Golf Camps

​

• If you cancel your booking:

  • You will lose 20% of your deposit

• If cancellation occurs after the stated closing date:

  • The full deposit is non-refundable

• You may transfer or sell your place to another participant (subject to AWGolf approval)

​

6. Cancellations – Events

​

• Event deposits or payments may be non-refundable depending on the event

• This will be clearly stated at the time of booking

• Failure to attend may result in loss of fees paid

​

7. Third-Party Travel Providers

​

• Travel bookings may be arranged through trusted third-party providers including GolfBreaks.com and Golf Escapes

• These providers may handle reservations, payments, and travel arrangements

 

Important:

​

• AWGolf acts as an organiser or intermediary only

• AWGolf is not responsible for:​

  • Airline schedules or disruptions

  • Accommodation or service issues

• Supplier changes or cancellations

• All bookings are subject to the third-party provider’s own Terms & Conditions

8. Pricing & Currency

​

• Prices may be affected by exchange rates, supplier costs, and availability

• AWGolf reserves the right to adjust pricing before booking confirmation

• Deposits help secure pricing but do not guarantee final costs unless stated

​

9. Group Bookings & Minimum Numbers

​

• Some trips and events require a minimum number of participants If minimum numbers are not met, AWGolf reserves the right to:

• Adjust pricing

• Offer alternative dates or formats

• Cancel the trip or event

 

Where cancellation occurs due to insufficient numbers, participants will be offered:

• A refund of payments made, or

• An alternative option

10. Member Benefits

​

• Members may receive discounted access to travel and events

• Benefits are personal and non-transferable

• Misuse may result in removal of benefits or cancellation of bookings

11. Member vs Non-Member Benefits

​

11.1 Member Discounts

• Associate and TM members may receive preferential pricing

• Discounts are personal and cannot be shared

11.2 Non-Members

• Non-members pay standard rates

• No member benefits apply

11.3 Transparency

• All pricing differences will be clearly shown at booking

• Deposit and cancellation terms apply equally unless stated otherwise

12. Inclusions & Exclusions

​

• Packages include only what is stated at the time of booking

• Flights, baggage, and equipment hire are not included unless specified

• Equipment hire may be arranged through third-party providers

​

13. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

​

• Ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visas if required)

• Arranging adequate travel insurance

• Being medically fit to travel and participate

• Complying with local laws and golf venue rules

​

14. Behaviour & Conduct

​

AWGolf reserves the right to remove participants from a trip or event where behaviour is:

​

• Disruptive

• Unsafe

• Inappropriate

​

No refund will be provided in such cases.

​

15. Liability Disclaimer

​

• Participation in golf, travel, and events is at your own risk

• AWGolf is not liable for:

  • Injury

  • Loss or damage to personal property

  • Travel disruptions outside our control

​

16. Changes & Cancellations by AWGolf

​

AWGolf reserves the right to:

• Modify schedules, venues, or formats

• Cancel trips or events where necessary

​

Where possible, alternatives or credits may be offered.

​

17. Data & Communications

​

• Your personal data will be used to manage bookings and communicate updates

• You may be contacted via email or mobile regarding bookings, events, or related offers

​

18. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by Irish law.
