The GameOn programme, a 10-week long golf training programme, was successfully completed at Kerry Sports Academy, Munster Technological University. The programme aimed to train and develop golf skills among the participants.
The programme saw the participation of a number of golfers, who were trained by the MTU Health and Leisure student mentors, William Galvin and Aaron Fleming, and himself Adrian Whitehead Golf. The golfers put in their best efforts and were able to showcase their improved skills on the final day of the programme. However, some golfers were missing on the final day.
The success of the GameOn programme is a testament to the dedication and hard work put in by both the participants and the trainers and the remarkable Edel Randles. The golfers will now move on to the next phase of their training at Castlegregory Golf and Fishing Club on Thursday 9th May at 6pm.
