The Summer Golf Programme for Boys at Castlegregory Golf Links provides a great opportunity for young golfers to continue developing their skills, stay active and enjoy the game during the summer holidays before returning to school. Delivered by Adrian Whitehead PGA Professional, this four-week programme is designed as a continuation of the junior coaching sessions already taking place and is suitable for boys who want to improve their golf in a fun, structured and supportive environment. Each 50-minute session will focus on developing the key skills required to play and enjoy golf, including the long game, short game, putting, course management and fun golfing challenges. Sessions are designed to be engaging and enjoyable while helping participants build confidence and improve their overall understanding of the game. Golf is much more than simply learning how to hit a ball. It encourages concentration, discipline, patience and decision-making, while providing young people with an opportunity to spend time outdoors, make new friends and enjoy healthy physical activity. Whether participants are looking to sharpen their skills, gain more confidence on the golf course or simply enjoy playing more golf before the school term begins, this programme offers the perfect environment to learn and improve.
