At AWGolf Holidays, we use GolfBreaks.com as our booking agent, and their terms and conditions apply to all bookings. We reserve the right to adjust the price of any golf break, including in the event of pricing errors, and will notify you of the correct price before booking confirmation. Please note that any price reductions due to later special offers will not apply to confirmed bookings. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking as follows: £35 per person for UK breaks, £50 per person for European breaks (unless stated otherwise), £75 per person for mid-haul destinations such as Turkey, Canary Islands, Morocco, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Greece, £100 per person for worldwide destinations, including the USA, Caribbean, Mexico, UAE, South Africa, Mauritius, and Thailand. An additional deposit may be requested for certain bookings, especially those involving flights or tournament tickets. The balance of your holiday must be paid by the specified “Balance Due Date,” which varies depending on the destination, with full payment required no later than 12 weeks before departure for most international trips. Group bookings of 21 or more must settle their final balance no later than 12 weeks before departure. Additional services, such as spa treatments or pro shop purchases, are not included in your accommodation cost unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation and must be paid directly to the hotel.
