Booking Policies for Golf Sessions with AWGolf for National Bodies This section outlines the booking policies for golf sessions with Adrian Whitehead Golf (AWGolf) for national bodies such as National Schools, National Learning Networks, Golf Ireland, charities, or any government-affiliated groups offering golf lessons to pupils and students. These policies apply whether the sessions are conducted at the group's own establishment or on-site at AWGolf's facilities. Session Types: AWGolf offers both individual sessions and block bookings for groups. Block bookings may include weekly or recurring sessions over an agreed period of time. Deposit Requirement: For all bookings, AWGolf may request a non-refundable deposit of up to 10% of the total session fee. This deposit secures the booking up to the session date and confirms participation. The deposit must be paid in advance to confirm the reservation. Invoicing & Payment: After each session or series of sessions, AWGolf will issue an invoice to the respective establishment or national body. Full payment of the invoice is required within 7 days of the session’s completion. All national bodies are expected to adhere strictly to this payment policy. Weather Interventions: In the event of inclement weather or any unforeseen circumstance leading to session postponement, AWGolf will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule the session. In cases where sessions must be rescheduled, the same terms of invoicing and payment will apply, and full payment will still be expected from the national body. Rescheduling & Cancellation: If AWGolf or the booking entity needs to reschedule, a mutually agreed date and time will be arranged. Should the national body cancel the session without rescheduling, the deposit remains non-refundable. These terms are designed to ensure smooth coordination and fairness for all involved in booking and managing golf sessions with AWGolf.
